The benefits of yoga are there for everyone who is willing to practise. The physical practice will improve and maintain your strength, mobility & stamina but it is also a toolkit for nurturing a healthy mind & enlivened spirit.

Through mindful movement and conscious breathing we develop the skill of deep awareness. This facilitates the ability to regulate; to find peace and equilibrium both on and off the yoga mat.

My teaching style is inclusive and light-hearted but also demanding. I believe we are all capable of far more than we think and I aim to create a safe space for us to explore limitations and move beyond them. I think that the ‘divine is in the detail’ so I give lots of cues to help with activation and alignment to guide you towards developing a skilful yoga practice that you can maintain for life.

Committed to ongoing training, I have the highest certification from professional body Yoga Alliance International.
